As part of its new policies, the Training Department would like to invite the young members of the Association to form part of its’ team by joining one of the National Youth Committees.  The objectives of these committees is to bridge the gap between the Department and the members - to discuss and suggest ideas; to assist in revising policies; to discuss the Personal Progressive Schemes and National Activities.

Two (2) Youth Committees will be formed.  Ideally each committee will be made up of 10 – 12 members.  
 
General profile
All interested applicants forming part of the above sections must have the ability:

• to work in a team and open environment
• to be objective and open for new ideas

General time commitment

• 4-6 meetings per year (every two months)

• Possibly one weekend per year for preparing and/or participating in National Forums

• Term will be for the period of one year.

• Regular meetings – 6 per year

Members are to complete the attached application form, sending it by email to tc@maltascout.org.mt.  In order to be considered, all application forms must be signed by the applicant and countersigned by the respective Group Scout Leader.
